The whole audience joins in as Moreland and his puppet friends re-craft a simple story by applying three universal rules of writing. Together, the group will create multiple drafts and marvel at how the story magically improves with each revision. “Writing Magic” was developed during the summer of 2009 in performances at over 40 public libraries where it became an extraordinary success with audiences and educators. Teachers will be amazed by how invested their students become in the revision process, and how they apply the lessons they’ve learned to their own writing.
