Recognized as one of the nation’s premier university museums, the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art has one of the finest collections in Upstate New York. Spanning the history of art, the museum's permanent collection of more than 30,000 works is especially strong in Asian art, nineteenth and twentieth-century American art, and the graphic arts. See works by Alberto Giacommetti, Georgia O’Keeffe, Edward Hopper many more. Designed by I.M. Pei, with spectacular views of the Cornell campus, Ithaca, and Cayuga Lake, the Johnson Museum offers six floors of creative inspiration. Open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm. Free admission.
